Alicia Malone

Alicia went through the FilmStruck application process, a TCM movie streaming platform. Malone took a recording of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings in order to practice reading them in front the camera prior to the TCM hosting audition. Malone auditioned to be considered for an Turner Classic Movies hosting position. They tapped her for the position in on January 1, the year after. Malone spoke about the challenges women face in the movie industry two times in TEDx presentations. Maree has appeared on various other television programs as well, including Today NPR CNN The Movies documentary MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV's Live from the Red Carpet Oscars pre-show as well as ABC 2019 Live from the Red Carpet. Malone is the creator and host of the YouTube program Indie Movie Guide on behalf of Fandango. Alicia Malone measures around 5 feet and 5 inches tall.
